To say that he has a passion for quality mariscos is an understatement. Holbox's refined mariscos take inspiration from the beautiful eponymous island located in Yucatán’s neighboring state of Quintana Roo, only with the benefit of the having Baja, Mexico's seafood capital, just three hours away.
